Fred Schaffner is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at North Country Hospital since April 2024. Prior to this role, Schaffner held the position of Vice President of Finance at Spectrum Healthcare Group from March 2021 to April 2024. From March 2007 to February 2021, Schaffner worked at Sequel Youth and Family Services as Chief Financial Director at Mingus Mountain Academy and Senior Divisional Finance Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations in the Division of Child Welfare and Residential Treatment. Schaffner also served as CFO at Decision Point Center, successfully leading a significant financial turnaround.
