Thomas Boucher serves as the Controller and Community Development Officer at North Coast Credit Union since 2010, where also holds a position on the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes roles as Community Liaison for Congressman Rick Larsen in the U.S. House of Representatives and Veterans Benefits Coordinator at Opportunity Council. Boucher has also contributed to various organizations as a member of the Board of Directors for Youthnet and as a candidate for public office with Citizens to Elect Thomas Boucher. Previous positions include Field Director for Citizens to Elect Congressman Rick Larsen, Executive Director at Skagit Valley Wine Association, and Owner/Operator of Hops Mountain Ale House. Boucher's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Columbia College and a Bachelor of Arts/Science in Communications and Political Science from Western Washington University, along with a degree from Skagit Valley College.
