Brian Stephens, CGCIO, possesses a robust background in information technology and educational administration. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at North Carolina Virtual Public School since April 2015, Brian has also held roles as Assistant Director of Technology and IT Systems Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Coordinator at Hoke County Schools from May 2011 to March 2015 and as Technology Technician at Cumberland County Schools from April 2009 to May 2011. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, attained between 2003 and 2007.
