Douglas Vogt is the current Chief Operating Officer at NC State Ports Authority. Prior to this role, Douglas held various positions at Tropical Shipping, including VP Operations and Equipment, AVP US Operations and Equipment, and Director of Maintenance and Equipment. Douglas Vogt graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor of Arts in Transportation & Logistics. Douglas also holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management & Human Resource Development from the University of Scranton.
