Marie D'Alessandro currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the North Carolina Museum of Art since June 2021. Prior to this role, Marie D'Alessandro was the VP of Finance and Operations at the Rochester Museum & Science Center from October 2017 to May 2021, overseeing a $30 million balance sheet for a public institution focused on enhancing community interest in science, technology, engineering, and math. Marie D'Alessandro's previous experience includes serving as Director of Finance for Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc. from 2014 to 2017, Business Office Director at Bryant & Stratton College from 2009 to 2014, and Director of Finance at Jewish Senior Life from 2005 to 2009.
