Lee Banks, CPP, has extensive experience in law enforcement and security, currently serving as an Investigator for the North Carolina Education Lottery since December 2017, where investigations into fraud, theft, and embezzlement related to lottery materials are conducted, alongside audits and security reviews of retailers. Prior to this role, Lee served as a Court Security Officer at Walden Security and supervised Deputy US Marshals at the Us Marshals Service from October 1988 to June 2014, focusing on criminal investigations and courthouse security evaluations. Lee's early career included a position as a Police Officer with the Asheville Police Department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Montreat College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
