David Roseberry is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Prior to that, David held various positions in information technology and management at companies such as RTI International, MEMSCAP, Viavi Solutions, and Election Systems & Software. With a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, David brings a wealth of experience in IT, information security, and leadership to their current role.
