Manoj Desai is an experienced IT manager currently employed at the NC Department of Justice since September 2005, where responsibilities include managing personnel, IT projects, and processes within law enforcement, legal services, training, and standards. Prior to this role, Manoj served as QA Director at Learnwright from 2000 to 2002 and as Associate Managing Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories from April 1997 to September 2001, focusing on software standards and certifications related to safety. Earlier in the career, Manoj worked at IBM from December 1982 to September 1994 as a Product Development Manager, specializing in software quality assurance, risk analysis, and software life-cycle processes.
