Samantha Darlington, MPA, is a skilled Community Economic Development Planner currently employed at the North Carolina Department of Commerce since August 2023, focusing on strategic economic development planning for small towns and rural communities. Prior experience includes serving as a Solar Educator and New Construction Support at Southern Energy Management, where customer materials and education for homeowners and builders were developed.
