Courtney Smith is a dedicated Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in operational support and talent management from Robert Half, where Courtney held roles as Operational Support Lead and Talent Manager from March 2022 to April 2024.
