Catherine Reach has a strong background in the legal industry, particularly in the area of law practice management and technology. Catherine was most recently the Director of the Center for Practice Management at the North Carolina Bar Association, a position they have held since October 2018. Prior to that, they spent six years as the Director of Law Practice Management & Technology at The Chicago Bar Association, where they provided members with various services and programming, including continuing legal education seminars and technology training. Catherine also has experience at the American Bar Association, where they served as the Director and Associate Director of the Legal Technology Resource Center.

Catherine Reach pursued their Bachelor's degree in English at The University of Alabama. Catherine then went on to complete their Masters of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) degree at the same university.
