Roger Winstead is a seasoned multimedia communications professional with extensive experience in managing diverse communication strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Multimedia Communications Manager at the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, Roger creates and oversees multimedia projects and social media engagement. As the owner of RedBird Communications, Roger manages communications for corporate and non-profit clients, specializing in press releases, advertising copy, and graphic design. Previous roles include Senior Communications Consultant for El Porvenir, Director of Communications at North Ridge Country Club, and Director of Marketing at 21st Century Distributing. Roger's career began in journalism as a Photojournalist with United Press International and has evolved through significant positions at The News & Observer and NC State University, focusing on visual content creation and strategic communications. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from North Carolina State University.
