Carl Fox is an experienced attorney and civil mediator, currently serving as the owner of The Law Office of Carl R. Fox, PLLC and Carl Fox Mediation Services since July 2021. With a long-standing career in the North Carolina judicial system, Carl Fox has held the position of Senior Resident Superior Court Judge since 2005, also working for the Administrative Office of the Courts in the same role. Prior to these roles, Carl Fox was the District Attorney and Assistant District Attorney for the 15B Prosecutorial District from 1978 to 2005. Carl Fox earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the same university, completing studies in 1978.
