Chuck Copeland AEMT, AEMD, ED-Q IAED has extensive experience in emergency medical services and fire management, serving as EMS Communications Chief and EMS Supervisor at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center since February 1994. In addition, Copeland has been a Technical Support Specialist at Pyatt Rural Fire Department since February 1980 and held the position of Retired Fire Chief with the National Volunteer Fire Council since February 2000. Previous roles include Firefighter/Engineer at Valley Springs Fire Dept, PSAP Telecommunicator for Boone County, AR 911, and various leadership positions at Pyatt Rural Fire Department, including Fire Chief. Copeland also served as President of the Marion County Fire Chief's Association from January 2016 to January 2019. Educational qualifications include certifications as EMT I and EMT-Intermediate from North Arkansas College.
