Eric Richards possesses a robust background in operational excellence and CNC programming, currently leading continuous improvement initiatives at North American Stamping Group since June 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles as a CNC Lathe Programmer at Inland Lakes Machine Inc and Transform Automotive, as well as a CNC Router Programmer at Genmar Holdings, Inc. Eric's work has emphasized training in problem-solving, cost savings through process improvements, and leadership during 5S events. Additionally, Eric has a creative side as a guitarist and vocalist with Temple Hill Baptist Church from August 2010 to June 2019. Educationally, Eric holds an Associate of Science degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Baker College, completed in 2006.
