Christine Cooper is a seasoned payroll operations manager with extensive experience in the field, currently leading the payroll department at North American Dental Group since December 2021, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance and delivering accurate payroll for over 4,000 employees. Prior to this role, Christine spent over 24 years at ADP, holding various positions such as Project Manager of Training, Payroll and HR Manager, and Technical Payroll and HR Trainer, where significant contributions included enhancing training processes, managing a substantial client base, and improving service delivery through the development of internal procedures and resolution teams. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Sociology from Sussex County Community College.
