Brad Klobassa has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Police Officer at Osceola Police Department until 2009 when they moved to Adel Police Department and continued in the same role until 2012. Following this, Brad joined Peoples Insurance Agency in 2012 and worked in a sales position until 2014. Brad then joined First Heartland Financial Group as a Financial Representative, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they became an Internal Wholesaler at Sammons Retirement Solutions, Inc. and held the role until May 2022. Currently, Brad is working as a Regional Sales Director at North American Company for Life and Health Insurance.

Brad Klobassa obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Upper Iowa University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies at Ellsworth Community College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the Series 63 and Series 6 from FINRA, acquired in July 2014 and June 2014 respectively. Brad also holds a State of Iowa Coaching Authorization, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not known.
