Charles Fernandez is an experienced professional in account management and telecommunications sales, currently serving as a National Account Manager at NACR since February 2014, where the focus is on consulting companies to enhance their business through the latest technologies. Prior to this role, Charles held positions as a Global Account Manager at Carousel Industries, targeting Contact Center customers and the Federal Government, and at C-Win, responsible for global sales to Government and Commercial customers. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Global Account Executive at AVAYA, as well as various Global Account Manager roles at Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers University, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
