Mike Summerfield has extensive experience in the banking industry, spanning over 18 years. Mike currently holds the position of Vice President - Credit Officer at North American Banking Company. Prior to this, they served as Vice President - Senior Credit Officer at Fidelity Bank MN, where they supported the Chief Credit Officer with risk management and administration of the loan portfolio. Mike'sresponsibilities included overseeing the loan review process, risk rating system, watch list administration, and loan policies. Mike also managed the loan administration systems and support personnel. Before that, Mike held the role of Vice President - Commercial Credit Manager at North Shore Bank and Senior Vice President - Senior Credit Officer at Layton State Bank. Earlier in their career, they worked at M&I Bank as a Correspondent Banking Officer and Credit Analyst, and at Security Bank as a Credit Analyst.

Mike Summerfield attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which they completed between 2000 and 2004.
