Bradley Tucker

Vice President, Hospitality Product at North American Bancard

Bradley Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bradley currently holds the position of Vice President, Hospitality Product at North American Bancard since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Product Management, Hospitality at the same company from October 2022 to May 2023. Before joining North American Bancard, Tucker worked as the Head of Product at SALIDO starting from October 2022.

In earlier roles, Tucker worked at BentoBox as the Director of Product Management from January 2022 to September 2022. Bradley'sresponsibilities included guiding the product direction and strategy of the BentoBox Platform. Bradley also served as a Senior Product Manager at BentoBox from April 2021 to February 2022, where they managed various initiatives and contributed to the overall direction of the product offerings.

Prior to BentoBox, Tucker worked at OpenTable for several years. Bradley held the role of Senior Technical Product Manager, managing API functionality and documentation from May 2016 to April 2021. Tucker also worked as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer and Field Operations Engineer at OpenTable.

Before their career in the tech industry, Tucker gained experience in property management at Merion Realty Partners. Bradley also held various roles in the restaurant industry, including Restaurant Training Lead at Seasons 52 Restaurant, Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Foundry Park Inn & Spa, Service Operations Trainer and Lead at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Opening Team Training, Kitchen Manager, and Service Manager at Ted's Montana Grill.

Tucker began their professional journey in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an E-4 (Corporal) from April 1997 to July 2000.

Bradley Tucker attended Georgia State University from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they attended The University of Georgia, majoring in Business Communications. From 2005 to 2008, Bradley attended Georgia State University Perimeter College, studying Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Bradley obtained certifications as an ETA CPP from the Electronic Transactions Association in June 2023, and as a Certified Sommelier (Level II) from the Court of Master Sommeliers in July 2008.
