Peter Golla is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in plant management and operational leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Bonduelle Americas since June 2021, Peter previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. from March 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that role, Peter was a Plant Manager at Saputo for nearly a year and spent a decade at Kellogg Company in various roles, including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and CI Manager. In the earlier stages of the career, Peter worked at Unilever as a TPM Manager/Team Leader for over 14 years. Peter's educational journey includes studies in Human Resources Management at Ryerson University and a diploma from Lorne Park Secondary School.
