Valérie Duchesneau is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within reputable organizations. Currently serving as a Conseillère RH and Coordonnatrice aux méthodes manufacturières at Nortek since November 2022, Valérie has demonstrated expertise in designing training and work instructions. Prior to this, Valérie worked at NOVO - Développement de produits as a Conseiller talent and spent 16 years at Home Depot Canada, progressing from roles such as Coordonnatrice RH and Chef caissière to positions involving recruitment and administrative HR functions.
