Eric Arabian started their work experience in 2011 as an Engineering Manager at Ventrol, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Nortek Air Solutions, LLC as the Director of Design Engineering.

Eric Arabian attended Concordia University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to their time at Concordia, they attended Marianopolis College from 1997 to 1999. There is no information available about their education at HEC Montréal.
