Heidi Dyresen Børdahl has extensive work experience in market research and strategy roles. Heidi started their career as a market researcher at Markedsinfo AS from 1997 to 2000. Heidi then worked as a market researcher and manager at Statoil Detaljhandel from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they held roles as a senior market researcher and CRM and market research manager at Norsk Tipping. Heidi returned to Statoil Norge in 2006 as a market research manager and later became the Manager of Strategic Projects from 2009 to 2010. Børdahl joined Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA as the Manager of Customer Forsight and Market Planning from 2010 to 2012. Heidi then rejoined Norsk Tipping in 2012, first as a Brand Consultant and then as a Strategy Advisor and Head of Strategy. Most recently, they have worked as a Senior Strategy Advisor and a Martech and Personalization Team Leader at Norsk Tipping.
Heidi Dyresen Børdahl has a strong educational background in business and data science. In 1994, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School. Following that, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategy, Scenarios, and Foresight from the same institution. In 2017, they furthered their education at BI Norwegian Business School and completed a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Analytics for Strategic Management with a focus on data science.
In addition to their formal education, Heidi Dyresen Børdahl holds a certification as a Scrum Master, which they obtained in January 2021 from AgileLeanHouse A/S. This certification indicates their expertise in agile project management methodologies, a valuable skill in today's business environment.
