Vilde Kloster Snekkevik currently serves as a Researcher at Norsk institutt for vannforskning (NIVA) since December 2022. In addition, Vilde is a Co-Founder of Plastvettskolen since September 2017. Previously, Vilde worked as an Experimental Research Technician and Laboratory Technician at the Australian Institute of Marine Science from April 2021 to January 2023, focusing on processing marine environmental samples and identifying potential microplastics. Vilde holds a Master’s degree in Marine Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology from James Cook University, as well as additional academic experience at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway and La Trobe University.
