Cyndi Sabag is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Quality Manager Nordics at KellyDeli since August 2020 and as Quality Coordinator at Norrmejerier since September 2016. Cyndi has a strong background in food safety systems, compliance with EU and local food legislation, and product quality monitoring and analysis. Previous roles include Microbiologist Laboratory Analyst at ALcontrol Laboratories AB and Analyst of Chemical and Microbiological Laboratory at Universidad Mayor de San Simon.
