Dina Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production planning, procurement, and inventory management. Currently serving as a Production Planner at Norriseal-WellMark since March 2022, Dina is responsible for planning and scheduling plant production and providing critical feedback to Customer Service and purchasing staff. Previously, Dina held production planning roles at GRUNDFOS and Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included managing production schedules, inventory control, purchase order issuance, supplier relations, and contract negotiations. Dina's career began in administrative roles, progressing through positions at prominent companies such as Halliburton and National Oilwell Varco, demonstrating a strong foundation in billing, quality assurance, and office management. Dina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Office Systems Technology from Midland College.
