Stefan Kiel Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefan is currently employed as a Visual Marketing Consultant at NORRIQ Danmark since April 2022. Previously, from December 2020 to August 2021, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Nordic Power Converters. Prior to that, from July 2018 to December 2020, they served as the CTO/Founder of nGinia. From 2007 to 2018, Stefan worked at Atkins as a Visual Branding and Communications Consultant, where they were responsible for maintaining the company's visual brand identity in Denmark. Starting from 2004 until 2018, they held various roles at Herlev Revy og Teater, a non-profit theater in Denmark, including Theatre Marketing, PR, Communications, and Graphics Designer. In 2003, Stefan founded their own company, Immediate DK, where they worked as the owner, graphic designer, and web developer until 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Art Director at BaneBranchen, a trade organization for rail engineering and construction in Denmark, from 2008 to 2013. Stefan also gained experience in various temporary roles at Randstad, including positions at Feriekonto, Bureau Veritas, Dell Support, Klasselotteriet, and Danish AgriFish Directorate, between 2003 and 2005. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Freelance Sound Technician and Cameraman at K2 Productions from 2003 to 2005. Stefan's work experience also includes a position as a Development Engineer at Tellabs from 2000 to 2001, where they implemented a fiber communications block in a TeMIP-based SDH Management System and automated documentation for the project.

Stefan Kiel Nielsen's education history begins in 1990 when they attended Herlev Gymnasium, where they studied in the field of mathematics. From 1993 to 1997, they attended the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they pursued a degree in Electronics, specializing in Mechatronics and obtained the degree of Akademiingeniør (Academy Engineer). In 2001 to 2004, they pursued an independent music production education. In 2003, Stefan received class education and private tutoring in PR & Communication from Christian Have/Have PR. Finally, in 2006, they completed a Project Management program and became a certified Project Manager using the PMBOK system.
