Kevin Hart is an experienced professional with a strong background in information technology and security services. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Intern at American Tower since August 2014, Kevin has successfully re-imaged and maintained computer systems, supported coworkers in resolving technical issues, and assisted in enhancing data security through the removal of servers and hard drives. As a participant in the Year Up program since March 2014, Kevin has developed essential soft and technical skills through coursework and internships. Additionally, Kevin has been a Security Officer at Norred & Associates, Inc. since February 2012, conducting security checks and managing documentation, and has served as an Information Technology Specialist in the United States Army National Guard since April 2009, resolving computer issues and providing customer service to improve workplace efficiency.
