Tobias Jonmeister is an experienced forestry professional with a strong background in management and consultancy. Currently serving as Virkesområdeschef for Östra Jämtland at Norra Skog since June 2016, Tobias leads a team of forestry consultants supporting 13,000 members of Norrskog in sustainable forest management. Previous roles include CEO at FORAN Remote Sensing AB and its Swedish and Norwegian branches, where Tobias managed innovative forestry projects. Additional expertise includes developing GIS and field computer methods for forest planning while working as a consultant for the Norwegian Forestry Group and NORSKOG. Tobias holds a Master's in Forestry from SLU and has a military background as a 2nd class Sergeant with the United Nations.
