Lucy Houchin is the General Manager at Norplex Advanced Composites and has held various roles at IDI Composites International, including Director of Corporate Marketing, Managing Director of IDI Composites International - U.K., and Business Development. Prior to that, Lucy worked at Thomas P. Miller and Associates as the Director of Workforce Strategy, focusing on job growth and community development. Lucy also served as an Americorps*VISTA at the Corporation for National and Community Service. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Butler University and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
