Victoria Marino is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations at noro since August 2023 and at Shared_Studios since February 2021. At Shared_Studios, Victoria oversees all operational aspects, leveraging expertise in operations management and global projects to execute international activations of immersive portal technology. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Shared_Studios, Production Manager for various audiovisual projects in Brazil for international and local clients, and Production Coordinator at Brazil Production Services, where logistical management for numerous filming projects was a primary focus. Victoria’s earlier career involved roles such as Associate Producer and Production Assistant on notable projects, and assistant editing positions, showcasing a strong foundation in production and logistics. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from New York University and a high school degree from Colegio Bandeirantes.
