Luis-Konstantin Schlicht started working as a Freelance Product Designer at Wagner System GmbH in February 2022. In March 2023, they joined NORNORM as an Implementation Project Manager.

Luis-Konstantin Schlicht graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial design from Burg Giebichenstein - Hochschule für Kunst und Design Halle in 2021. Luis-Konstantin is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Nova School of Business and Economics, with an expected graduation year of 2023.
