Heshy Langner is currently the Co-Chairman, President & CEO at Normandy Insurance Company, where previously held the position of Vice Chairman, President, and CEO. Prior to Normandy Insurance Company, Langner served as the President at L. Deer Inc. and as a Managing Director at Meridian Capital Group. Langner earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1998.
