Mimansa Jaiswal currently serves as a Member of Technical Staff at Norm AI since October 2023. Previously, Mimansa was a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Michigan College of Engineering from September 2017 to August 2023, focusing on emotion recognition and its complexities. Additional research experience includes internships at notable institutions such as Facebook AI, where projects involved natural language inference and explainable dialog response evaluation, and the Allen Institute for AI, targeting large language models. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV, Indore.
