Gary Scott Gebert has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as General Manager at Norlen Inc. since September 2000. In this role, Gary has managed the start-up and production of a state-of-the-art powder coat facility and overseen the introduction of new business through collaboration with various teams. Prior to this, Gary was the Production Manager at Metals USA, where responsibilities included managing the fabrication department and ensuring quality and profitability. Gary began their career as a Fabricator at Wausau Window and Wall Systems, mastering various fabrication processes and machinery over nearly a decade.
