Monika Kupska has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. Monika began as an Intern at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Project Intern at Bifrost Communications ApS and a Technical Specialist at the Physical Optics and Biophotonics Group. Monika then returned to Bifrost Communications ApS as an Assistant Test Engineer in 2020, and is currently working as an Optical Development Engineer at Norlase since 2022.

Monika Kupska has a diverse educational background. Monika began their studies in 2016 at the Warsaw University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics (spec. Photonics Engineering) in 2020. In 2018, they began a Bachelor's degree in Photonics Engineering at the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they completed in 2019. Monika then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Neurophotonics of Vision at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they completed in 2019. Monika is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Photonics Engineering at the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
