Prasad Ariyathilake is a Human Resources professional with experience in various organizations, including Norlanka as a Human Resources Executive since January 2023, and Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC as a Junior Executive in Human Resources from June 2022 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Prasad completed an internship at MAS Holdings from September 2021 to May 2022 and worked as a school leaver at Bank of Ceylon from May 2019 to November 2019. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Professional Human Resource Management (DPHRM) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a Higher National Diploma from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
