Johan Mann is an experienced professional in credit analytics and strategy with a strong background in financial services. Currently serving as Head of Credit Portfolio & Analytics and Head of Credit Strategy at Norion Bank since June 2021, Johan focuses on establishing analytics support for credit managers and improving internal reporting. Prior to this role, Johan held various positions at Resurs Bank from April 2014 to June 2021, including Credit Analytics & Strategy Director, where responsibilities extended to balance sheet optimization and regulatory communication. Johan also led the Nordic Business Development team for Non-Performing Exposures while managing partnerships with external collection agencies. Earlier roles at Finaref Nordic and Aros Kapital AB involved credit risk management and the establishment of collection departments.
