Rebecca Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rebecca began their career as a Project Manager at Fidelity Investments in 1991 and held this role until 1998. Rebecca then worked as a Consultant at First Consulting Group, where they contributed to an outsourcing engagement for the PacifiCare intranet. In 1999, they joined First American Financial Interactive as a Project Manager. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing consulting services. In 2002, Hamm joined LPL Financial Services as an AVP, Business Technology Services, a role they held until 2009. Rebecca then moved on to Docupace Technologies, where they worked as a Business Analyst from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are employed as a Principal Consultant at Norima Consulting Inc, where they support client initiatives through management consulting. Their recent engagements include strategic assessments and software development projects for multiple financial service firms, as well as the implementation of electronic medical records for a medical practice.

Rebecca Hamm received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Dallas, where they studied from 1984 to 1990. In addition, they obtained the PMP certification in November 2014.
