Lars Priess has a diverse and extensive work history. Currently, they are the EVP & President Wheelabrator Wheel at Norican Group, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, Lars was an Advisory Board Member at Doerscircle.com, a platform supporting freelancers and entrepreneurs, where they began in May 2022. Lars also has experience as the Owner of CIPRI Consult Aps starting in April 2018. From July 2018 to July 2022, they served as CEO of DSI Dantech, where they transformed the company into a global partner for the food industry. Lars has held board positions at Aasted ApS from October 2018 to June 2022 and Poul Johansen Maskiner A/S from June 2016 to January 2019. Lars was the VP Sales and Business Development, Asia at Gerresheimer from March 2017 to June 2018. Lars has also worked at GEA Group, where they held the roles of Executive Vice President, Food Applications from June 2015 to February 2017, and Executive Vice President at GEA Process Engineering A/S from July 2014 to May 2015. Before that, they served as the Regional Director and Managing Director at GEA Process Engineering from June 2009 to June 2014. Lastly, Lars was a Board Member at ACO Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. from April 2007 to June 2009.

Lars Priess has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Lars holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, which they earned from Aalborg University between 1993 and 1998. In 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Diploma in International Business at Copenhagen Business School. Lars further enhanced their academic qualifications by completing an Executive Program focused on Financial Management at London Business School in 2007. In 2008, they attended another Executive Program, this time at London Business School, specializing in Achieving Strategic Agility. In 2015, Lars participated in the OneGEA Senior Management Program at IMD. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the CBS Børsens bestyrelsesuddannelse (Board Education) at Copenhagen Business School.
