Arun Krishnan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Arun started their career at KPMG in 2007 as a Senior, where they conducted audit fieldwork, reviewed financial statements, and performed business process reviews. In 2010, they joined KPMG - Corporate Finance as an Associate, leading valuation engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Arun prepared detailed financial models and valuation reports. Arun then moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2015, initially as an Investment Banking Associate, and later as Vice President, where they played a key role in financial transactions and client relationships. In 2022, they became a Director, before joining Norgine in 2023 as the Vice President of Corporate Development.
Arun Krishnan completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued Management Accountant certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, specializing in management and strategies in finance. Arun also earned an Associate Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2004 and 2009, focusing on finance and accounting.
