Hanna Benterud Gaarder has held various roles in the finance sector, starting as a Trainee at Statnett SF before moving on to become a Business Controller at Norges Bank. Prior to that, Hanna worked as a Kredittanalytiker at Gjensidige Forsikring ASA. Hanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, a Master's degree in Economic Analysis from the Norwegian School of Economics, and completed a one-year program in Economics and Administration at Handelshøyskolen i Trondheim.
