Audra Collier currently serves as the Direct Housing Task Force Leader at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security FEMA since March 2016 and as a Landlord Liaison for the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority since November 2020. Audra Collier holds a Master's Degree in Education Management from Strayer University, earned between 2007 and 2010, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Saint Paul's College, completed from 1985 to 1993.
