Matthew Wells is an experienced education and sports management professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Education Manager at Norwich City Football Club and as Parent Governor at City of Norwich School, Matthew also holds positions as a Board Member and Safeguarding Champion for the Norfolk County Football Association. In addition, Matthew works as an Education and Welfare Officer with the Men’s U15&U16 Squads at The Football Association. Matthew's previous roles include Managing Director of Matt Wells Education Ltd, Deputy Head Teacher and Sports Coordinator at Bignold Primary School, and Assistant Principal at City Academy Norwich, among others. Matthew holds a PGCE and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
