Kaitlin Tyler, M.Ed, currently serves as an EDI Teacher and Math Specialist in the Lower School at Norfolk Academy since August 2023, teaching Engineering, Design, and Innovation to Grades 4-6. Prior experience includes roles as a Tinkergarten Leader from January 2022 to September 2023, a Tutor and STEAM and Singapore Math Teacher at Trinity Christian School of Fairfax from August 2014 to July 2021, and an Elementary School Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2011 to June 2014, focusing on fourth-grade instruction and differentiation for diverse learners. Kaitlin also has experience as an After School Tutor for Williamsburg-James City County and as a Kindergarten Summer Counselor at Merritt Academy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, Mathematics Specialist Leader from George Mason University, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Elementary Education and Art and Art History from William & Mary.
