Ryan Hurley has extensive experience in rights-of-way (ROW) acquisition and lease buying, with a career spanning over a decade in the energy sector. At TRC Companies, Inc., Ryan served as a Senior Acquisition Agent for AEP from July 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that role, Ryan worked at Percheron, LLC as a Senior ROW Agent, Survey Coordinator, and Plat Reviewer from April 2014 to June 2019, handling projects for Sunoco Pipeline, Targa Resources, and Pattern Energy. Additional positions include Senior ROW Agent for Southwestern Energy at T.S. Dudley, Senior ROW Agent for Wood Group's Mustang Engineering contracted with Dow Chemicals, and Lease Buyer for Strata Resources and Anschutz Exploration. Early in the career, Ryan also served as a ROW Agent for Energy Transfer and XTO at Land Ventures Ltd. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Texas Christian University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
