Paulo Barradas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Restart Capital PT and an Executive Committee Member in Portugal for Arrow Global Group, Paulo also holds prominent positions as Chief Transaction Officer at Norfin and Board Member at Details Hotels & Resorts and VIRIATO. With a background in financial and strategic advisory at Advise Capital Ltd, as well as managing director roles at HAITONG, Paulo has a strong track record in M&A, particularly in the energy, real estate, infrastructure, and financial institutions sectors. Additionally, Paulo has contributed to academic excellence as an Assistant Professor at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and continues to serve on the Advisory Board of GRI Club. Paulo holds a licentiate degree in Business Administration from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and completed an Erasmus program at the University of Greenwich.
