Ryan Deane currently serves as the Manager of Performance Engineering at NORESCO, where responsibility includes overseeing performance assurance and savings verification for energy savings performance contracts across the United States and internationally. Previously held roles at NORESCO included Performance Assurance Manager, focusing on performance measurement and verification for energy systems. Prior experience at Honeywell involved measurement and verification for a significant performance contract, while earlier work involved monitoring and data collection related to building energy systems. Additionally, Ryan contributed engineering expertise for the coolant system design on a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and studied at Technische Universität Berlin.
