Fredrik Halén is an experienced professional in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as ´¡´Ú´Úä°ù²õ³¦³ó±ð´Ú at Nordrest since September 2022. Previously, Fredrik held the role of Country Manager at Torus Pak® from September 2021 to September 2022 and served as Operations Director at Compass Group from October 2019 to August 2021. Fredrik also worked at Compass Group AB as Production Development Manager from May 2001 to October 2019, focusing on product and concept development. Additionally, Fredrik was the Managing Director of a personal business from January 1997 to May 2001, and earlier held positions including Head Chef at Memory Hotel from January 1994 to December 1996 and Chef/Head Chef in various restaurants and hotels in Stockholm from January 1981 to January 1994.
